Sports & Group Photos

These photos will be taken this Friday, 6 November.  Photos can only be ordered on a prepaid basis—the same as the school photos taken earlier in the year.

If your child was involved in any of the following groups, please collect an envelope from the school office and return it by Friday, 6 November (photo day).

If you are not happy with the quality of the photo, just return it and your money will be refunded.

Photos are $17 each and will include the names of students in each group.

Please read the instructions on the envelope carefully.

All late orders received after Friday, 6 November will incur a $10 handling fee.

Stage 2 Camp to Stanwell Tops
Please make sure all outstanding monies have been paid by Thursday, 29 October.

A permission note, medical and contact details note and a list of requirements will be sent home this week.  Please fill these out and return as soon as possible, but no later than 5 November.

Christmas Calendars
Due to last year’s popularity & great feedback we are once again selling these great Christmas Calendars. They make a great gift for family & friends & the photo can be removed at the end of the year for you to keep forever!

An order form has been sent home with today’s Bulletin & there is a sample calendar hanging in the office if you wish to have a look prior to ordering!

The photos will be taken on Friday, 10 November so it will be a mufti day.

Fishing Club Raffle Tickets
Just a reminder to keep on selling those raffle tickets. If you need more, just pop into the office. Remember OUR SCHOOLwill receive all money from the ticket sales.  Also the child who sells the most tickets will win a $50.00 Shopping Voucher of their choice.

A huge thank you to all volunteers and their families who helped sell raffle tickets or tow the boat on the various weekends over the school holidays. Over these three weekends we have sold $2,564 worth of tickets.

Oh don’t forget to pencil in Sunday, 8th November at the Pitt Town Sports Club. The is the final day of the fishing competition and we will be needing plenty of volunteers on the day to help with the BBQ etc. If you can help, even for a few hours just let Carmen know  I believe its a great family day out with activities for the children too!
