…to Oakville Public School, which is a dynamic, friendly and supportive school that enables children to enjoy learning in a safe environment. Apart from an emphasis on academic achievement in literacy and numeracy, we have a proud record in performing arts, sport and public speaking. We are also very strong in providing learning support and enrichment programs to ensure that we cater for the individual needs of our students. Other programs which enhance our learning include technology, fitness and environmental education.

Oakville is a leader in using technology to enhance learning.  The school is fully networked with a computer room and computers in every classroom.  The use of electronic whiteboards is also a feature.  The school’s environmental programs provide an outstanding setting for learning and education in sustainable energy.

We are also extremely proud of our achievements in student leadership and student welfare. Opportunities in student leadership are constantly being enhanced with the establishment of a Student Representative Council.
